Is it easy to use?

How do I choose among the concepts (Calm, Echo, Intense, etc.)?
Choose the format whose energy matches how you feel right now. Let yourself be guided by what resonates naturally. There is no right order: the experience is open.
What listening conditions are recommended?
Quiet listening with headphones favours immersion. Start with 15 minutes a day, then increase if you feel comfortable. Stop if you feel any discomfort. Avoid listening in situations that require caution. For insomnia, prefer CALME and SOMMEIL, which soothe without stimulating energy.
Can I listen while doing something else?
Yes. You can listen while doing an activity in a safe place. Avoid situations that require caution. Quiet listening remains ideal for immersion. INFINITUM is perfect for sport, thanks to its universal message and energising music.

I'm a beginner, where do I start?
GUIDE is a step-by-step guided meditation, well suited to beginners. CALME is also a natural entry point: accessible to all, free and gentle. SÉRIES offers short, simple, direct themes — perfect to learn without complexity. VIBRE offers a direct, embodied activation, accessible even to beginners. ÉCHO is ideal to hold your attention while working on yourself.
I'm advanced, what do you recommend?
Life Master is built to satisfy the most demanding users in transformation and meditation. Prefer INTENSE for its maximal tension and rich internal architecture — also excellent for free meditation thanks to its emotional depth. ÉCHO is ideal for creative visualisation and identity anchoring. CLARTÉ (no voice) and INFINITUM are perfect for free meditation, with a time marker near 10 minutes per track.
Duration & rhythm
Some audios last 1 hour: do I have to listen to all of it?
No. These audios are set to a long duration to favour stable immersion, but 15–30 minutes are enough. What matters is listening at your own pace and finding the duration that suits you.
How long should I listen?
Start with 15 minutes a day, then increase if you feel comfortable. Adapt the duration to your rhythm.
Can I listen for an hour or more per day?
Yes. Listen as much as you like. Adapt the duration to your rhythm. Simply stop if you feel any discomfort.
Do I have to listen to everything?
No. The experience is open. What matters is listening to the content that resonates with your need of the moment. You can focus on a single audio or vary by day. The key is finding the rhythm that works best for you.
Is there an order to follow?
Each audio can be explored independently. Follow the order that resonates best with your need and life circumstances.
Can I listen to several audios on the same day?
Yes. The themes are coherent with one another. You can alternate freely.
Can I listen to fall asleep or during sleep?
Prefer SOMMEIL to fall asleep. Favour CALME for evening listening while working on yourself. You can also listen to ÉCHO or INTENSE at night, keeping in mind that these formats may stimulate alertness rather than help you fall asleep.

The Life Master Path is a structured journey: a guided, cyclical progression with a precise internal architecture. The two spaces complement each other. The Activation Path offers freedom, the Life Master Path offers direction. Choose the space that best matches how you feel: free exploration or guided path.
How do I know when to change archetype?
The app suggests a 5h30 listening marker per archetype to structure your progression. This marker supports you, but the change stays free: it can happen well before or well after 5h30. When the vibration of a theme no longer matches how you feel, you can change.
Why 5h30?
5h30 is a documented reference: it is the integration threshold observed in the literature on cumulative exposure durations. This marker structures your progression without imposing a duration.
Should I follow the order of the archetypes when changing?
The suggested order naturally structures your progression, but the change stays free. Sometimes life shifts you toward another archetype that is not the next one. If the vibration of the following theme no longer matches how you feel, the order no longer has to be respected.
Is returning to an archetype a regression?
No. Returning to an archetype is not going backwards. It is a natural deepening when life brings you back to an energy that becomes right for you again. This movement can occur — and repeat throughout your life — and that is normal.
I move quickly on one archetype and linger on another: is that normal?
Yes. Each archetype advances at its own pace. Some are crossed quickly, others take more time. Your progression does not need to be regular: it simply follows the energy that is right for you when it arises.
If I stay on an archetype for years, is that normal?
Yes. Some archetypes take more time than others. Duration is never a sign of delay: it simply reflects the energy that remains right for you. If an archetype accompanies you for a long time, its movement keeps working — and that is normal.
Do I have to go through all the archetypes?
No. You are not required to go through all the archetypes. Deepen the one that resonates with your life right now. Some will call to you less — and that is normal.
Effects & subscription
When do the effects appear?
Effects appear gradually. Allow three weeks for a first assessment.
Are the effects real?
The experience is based on studied and recognised principles. Regular listening, applying the daily rituals and personal motivation influence the result.
Do I need to do anything besides listening?
The built-in rituals reinforce internal stability and prevent you from sabotaging the progress made during the sessions. They naturally complement listening.
How does the subscription work?
